Location: Hybrid (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania). At least 12 monthly in-office days required.

What you will do

• Own and execute the social marketing strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for Tanzania.
• Manage influencer partnerships and optimize strategies using monthly performance reports to scale ridership.
• Launch and optimize targeted lifecycle campaigns via email, push notifications, and in-app communications for riders and drivers.
• Pitch and execute high-engagement campaign partnerships with external brands and events.
• Collaborate with local Marketing, Community, and Operations teams to plan and execute impactful local campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience executing social, lifecycle, and omnichannel marketing campaigns within South or East Africa.
• Proven ability to build engaged communities on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using creator networks.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Business Suite, Braze, or CleverTap for data-backed optimization.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams across multinational stakeholder teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced consumer tech, mobility, or food delivery environments.
• Proficiency in briefing assets using tools like Figma or Canva.
