TL;DR

Intern, Employer Branding (Ecommerce): Supporting the growth of the employer brand through content creation and event planning with an accent on storytelling and social media engagement. Focus on producing authentic video and image content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to attract top talent.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office in Cologne, Germany)

Salary: 13.9 € per hour

What you will do

  • Create and edit engaging video, image, and text content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute both internal and external employer branding events.
  • Manage employer branding assets and inventory for events and fairs.
  • Support recruiting marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the Recruiting team.
  • Coordinate projects, track timelines, and manage deliverables across international teams.

Requirements

  • Availability for at least six months (40h/week).
  • Initial practical experience in employer branding, marketing, HR, or content creation.
  • Experience with content editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
  • Fluent English (C1) and basic knowledge of German.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cologne for the hybrid requirement.
