What you will do
- Act as a primary liaison between clients, commercial teams, and operational groups.
- Convert client requirements into detailed internal work orders and technical specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical and operational client requests.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to resolve complex client inquiries.
- Perform root cause analysis to drive quality improvements and increase client satisfaction.
- Maintain operational documentation and provide training for new team members.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Turkish (written and verbal) is required.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of the local market and end-to-end operational processes.
