What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, commercial teams, and operational groups.
• Convert client requirements into detailed internal work orders and technical specifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical and operational client requests.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to resolve complex client inquiries.
• Perform root cause analysis to drive quality improvements and increase client satisfaction.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide training for new team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish (written and verbal) is required.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of the local market and end-to-end operational processes.
