What you will do

• Drive strategic value and growth for Premier Accounts in the DACH region.
• Establish and maintain C-level relationships to expand influence and reach.
• Create and execute strategic account plans focusing on retention and revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product specialists, and executive management.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to evaluate account performance.
• Identify and generate high-value pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• Work permit for Germany is required.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets and FinTech, specifically Securities Services and Asset Management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel globally across Europe and North America.
