Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Novi Sad, or Nis, Serbia

What you will do
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Databricks.
- Design and implement medallion/lakehouse architectures to centralize fragmented data.
- Establish data quality checks and organize data into meaningful business domains.
- Develop Gold layers to support reporting, applications, and business use-cases.
- Implement access management and governance according to corporate requirements.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the data platform infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with Databricks and Azure.
- Expertise in designing scalable lakehouse architectures.
- Deep understanding of data quality, governance, and security concepts.
- Solid knowledge of databases, storage, and performance optimization.
- Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Novi Sad, or Nis, Serbia.
- English: B2+ proficiency required (CV must be submitted in English).
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP as a primary data source.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and the wider Databricks ecosystem.
- Experience creating reports using Power-BI or Databricks.
