TL;DR
AI Solution Architect (Generative AI): Designing and implementing modern AI and Generative AI architectures for a telecommunications client with an accent on scalability, security, and integration into enterprise environments. Focus on evaluating LLMs like Claude, developing architectural concepts, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Location: Hybrid (Vienna, Austria), 2 days per week on site required
Salary: €520 - €560 per day

What you will do
- Design scalable, secure, and future-proof Generative AI architectures within an enterprise environment.
- Analyze, evaluate, and select suitable AI technologies, frameworks, and LLMs, with a focus on Claude.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing IT, data, and cloud landscapes.
- Collaborate with business departments, data science teams, and developers to drive AI use cases from idea to implementation.
- Develop comprehensive architecture concepts, technical documentation, and decision papers.
- Define AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT, solution, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record as an AI Architect or in a comparable AI-focused architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- English: C1 proficiency (written and spoken) required.
Nice to have
- Experience within the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, RAG architectures, or agent-based AI systems.
- Relevant AI or cloud architecture certifications.
