What you will do

• Synthesize existing research on regulatory innovations and policy experiments that contribute to sustainability transitions.
• Conduct transdisciplinary action research with societal partners in temporary experimental environments.
• Develop designs for interfaces between experiments and policymakers for institutional implementation.
• Co-produce diverse outputs, including academic articles, podcasts, and articles for a lay audience.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team of PhDs and senior researchers across multiple institutes.

Requirements

• PhD degree (or nearly completed) in public administration, political science, law, or related fields.
• Proven experience in conducting transdisciplinary research and/or action research.
• English: C1 level required
• Dutch: C1 level required
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving mindset with strong communication abilities.
