What you will do

• Lead the full design process from discovery and exploration to final UI delivery.
• Develop high-quality interface designs aligned with product strategy and user goals.
• Execute user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to optimize design effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and define success.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to cross-team critiques to elevate the craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating discovery, prototyping, and final UI execution.
• Experience designing for omnichannel environments, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney CBD office on a hybrid basis.
• Analytical and strategic mindset capable of linking design thinking to business goals.
• Passion for sports, sports betting, or live sports products.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sports, Gambling, and Cryptocurrency.
