What you will do

• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions powered by AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Architect end-to-end agentic solutions, including workflows, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Define and implement AI agent architectures using RAG, agent chaining, and autonomous decision-making.
• Advocate for best practices in microservices, Kubernetes, and responsible AI design (guardrails and observability).
• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and agentic AI workshops.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise architecture.
• Extensive experience with Java or .NET environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end projects (backend, frontend, mobile, and databases).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI-native patterns (orchestration, tool-use, RAG).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Deep knowledge of the fintech domain and its specific challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Exposure to AI evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for production systems.
• Familiarity with AI governance and compliance in financial services (model risk, data privacy).
