What you will do

• Produce static banners for performance campaigns across various social media channels.
• Manage routine tasks including localization, batch production, and exporting of assets.
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Social Media Manager.
• Develop concepts and visual assets for high-profile brands in the online trading and crypto industry.
• Analyze and iterate on creatives based on metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS to optimize conversion.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a proven portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Advanced skill in chaining AI tools (LLMs like Claude/ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) for image and video generation.
• Technical knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad specifications and formats.
• Experience producing ads for complex niches (finance/crypto) requiring high-volume creative testing.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Maya.
• Background in a creative agency or similar versatile environment.
