What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, stability, and security of the global ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability.
• Lead distributed technical teams responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic enterprise goals.
• Optimize workflows across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Domain Separation modules.
• Establish governance frameworks, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in implementation, development, and configuration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an architect within ServiceNow or enterprise platform environments.
• Proven experience managing global delivery teams and 24/7 operational support structures.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
