Location: Must be based in Romania or have a valid work permit to work in Romania. Hybrid setup with office in Bucharest.

What you will do
- Support and administer requirements management tools such as IBM ELM and DOORS Next Gen.
- Define and maintain the project Requirements Management Plan and process descriptions.
- Manage specification structures, traceability, and project templates.
- Coordinate requirements changes, including baselines, attribute management, and data exchange processes.
- Report on compliance to the Requirements Management Plan and provide process improvement suggestions.
- Implement Change Control Board decisions using SAFe and Agile ways of working.
Requirements
- Valid visa and work permit to work in Romania.
- Advanced understanding of databases and system engineering.
- Knowledge of V-model framework and Automotive SPICE.
- Proficiency in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORS Next Gen usage and administration.
