What you will do

• Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned kitchen staff to ensure Hotel Standards.
• Manage workstation setup, including mise en place, tools, and equipment supplies.
• Execute production schedules and ensure timely delivery of guests' food orders under pressure.
• Monitor and enforce state sanitation, health regulations, and hotel safety policies.
• Coordinate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Oversee opening duties, equipment maintenance, and secure area management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie at a 5-star hotel or similar standard restaurant.
• Valid food handling certificate.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to physically transport goods, pots, and pans from storage to workstations.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Sanitation certificate.
