What you will do

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts receivable/payable and asset oversight.
  • Lead month-end closing activities and ensure the integrity of financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and standardized management reports for decision-making.
  • Forecast operational P&L and working capital while analyzing variances.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance and internal control improvements.
  • Utilize ERP and business intelligence tools to strengthen financial reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex financial close processes and control.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with the ability to interpret comprehensive financial data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems like SAP BI or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
