What you will do
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts receivable/payable and asset oversight.
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure the integrity of financial reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and standardized management reports for decision-making.
- Forecast operational P&L and working capital while analyzing variances.
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance and internal control improvements.
- Utilize ERP and business intelligence tools to strengthen financial reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex financial close processes and control.
- Strong analytical proficiency with the ability to interpret comprehensive financial data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems like SAP BI or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
