What you will do

• Design and implement complex features using clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Resolve technical challenges and deliver practical, hands-on solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on technical approaches.
• Contribute to daily team ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to uplift the team’s technical capabilities.
• Balance quality code with the practicalities of shipping features efficiently.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality code.
• Proficiency in full stack development with React and C#/.NET 6+.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, CosmosDB, and Kafka.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor peers.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in the Kuala Lumpur office.
