What you will do

• Lead and develop Social Media Officers in their day-to-day management.
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to produce informative and appealing content.
• Manage publishing calendars, social objectives, and messaging aligned with content marketing strategies.
• Monitor, respond to, and escalate community interactions according to brand policy.
• Measure and report on brand presence, analyzing themes and formats to generate engagement and leads.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media, content, or online brand marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social media channels.
• Proficiency with social media analytics, listening tools, and measurement platforms.
• Superior writing and copy editing skills.
• Technical understanding of existing social media platforms.
• Effective time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
