What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models for robotics and embodied AI applications
• Fine-tune and improve software implementations for robotic systems
• Build and maintain training and evaluation pipelines using Azure Machine Learning
• Integrate robotic perception and control systems with simulation environments and robotic hardware
• Architect and implement test automation infrastructure for robotics software
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to advance robotic learning systems and support customer deployment efforts

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Redmond, WA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or robotics
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Python
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with PyTorch (or similar ML frameworks)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with ROS2 (Robot Operating System)

Nice to have

• Experience with robotic learning models (vision-language-action, reinforcement learning, diffusion models)
• Experience working in robotics labs or academic research environments
• Exposure to open-source robotics or AI projects
• Ability to work onsite with specialized robotics equipment and systems
