What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of full-funnel Firefox marketing campaigns from brief to launch.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, including RFPs, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Oversee project planning, timeline management, and feedback cycles to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including product marketing, insights, and regional leads.
• Support broader hirify.global product portfolio campaigns and internal team operations.
• Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across all deliverables and regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or campaign operations.
• Proven track record managing integrated brand and performance campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Deep understanding of agency workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience writing scopes, running RFPs, contracting vendors, and maintaining budgets.
• Strong attention to creative quality and ability to maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Must be based in Germany for this contract role.
