What you will do

• Collaborate with data science, endpoint engineering, and product groups to define capabilities for a next-generation endpoint AI framework for the Falcon sensor.
• Lead development of the framework as an individual contributor, architect, and technology thought leader.
• Set technology direction for a highly performant, cross-platform model delivery framework.
• Design interfaces for models to interact with the Falcon sensor across Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints.
• Define resource utilization limits and optimize solutions to deliver AI-powered security while keeping the agent lightweight.
• Define testing approaches (efficacy, regression, performance) and ensure repeatability when operating with runtime (vs static) data.

Requirements

• Leadership experience developing and delivering ML and AI models.
• Understanding of AI platform technologies such as ONNX and OpenVino (or similar).
• Experience working with runtime data in a high-performance environment.
• Familiarity with AI hardware acceleration using NPU or GPU.
• Strong endpoint development experience on at least one of: Windows, Linux, or macOS (Windows kernel development experience preferred but not required).
• Strong C/C++ development and systems-level programming experience.

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
