What you will do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial closing processes.
- Drive inventory accounting and coordinate accurate reporting with multiple departments.
- Oversee non-financial ESG reporting in line with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
- Ensure IFRS compliance, support group audits, and prepare the consolidated annual report.
- Act as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters.
- Coach and collaborate with a team of approximately five accounting professionals.
Requirements
- Extensive financial reporting experience, ideally including international audit work.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- English proficiency required.
- CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred.
- Ability to work across departments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong accuracy, organizational, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ESRS and CSRD.
- Dutch or German language skills.
