What you will do

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while coordinating efforts between internal teams and clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct regular status meetings to track progress, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and branding specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Continuously optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design agency or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and branding processes.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Availability to work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with remote project management.
