What you will do

• Research, write, assemble, and edit high-standard news outputs for various digital mediums
• Exercise editorial judgment to develop story ideas and produce impartial journalism
• Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams to ensure efficient content sharing and best practices
• Tailor news treatments to effectively reach and engage different target audiences
• Plan activities and deliver content under tight deadlines while maintaining strict editorial standards

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Ukrainian (C2) with high-level writing and editing skills
• Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken, for effective communication
• High proficiency in mobile shooting and editing vertical and horizontal video
• Extensive Journalist/Reporter experience in Ukraine and the wider region
• Deep understanding of social media trends and the needs of younger audiences
• Readiness to work a flexible shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Experience in motion graphics
