What you will do

• Own and evolve the safety experience for both Rider and Driver applications.
• Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into simple, intuitive user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality solution execution.
• Prototype and validate concepts to test assumptions and reduce ambiguity.
• Maintain design consistency across all safety-related touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide other designers to elevate overall team quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
• English: C1 proficiency required for effective storytelling and stakeholder influence.
• Deep expertise in the Figma ecosystem for UI, prototyping, and system design.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate design workflows.
• Ability to define broader product visions while executing short-term iterations.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tallinn, Estonia.
