What you will do

• Identify user and business opportunities within identity and verification flows to create scalable experiences.
• Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring design visions to life.
• Present and pitch design ideas to senior stakeholders using storytelling and research.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and maintain consistency in UI/UX patterns.
• Mentor and guide other designers to foster team growth and elevate design quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing high UX craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma and FigJam, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for effective communication and stakeholder pitching.
• Ability to balance fast iterations with high-quality, visionary design solutions.
• Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia to support the hybrid office model.
