Finance Systems Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Finance Systems Engineer (AI/FinOps): Designing and optimizing multidimensional financial models and automated data pipelines for internal accounting and RevOps with an accent on systems architecture and AI integration. Focus on bridging accounting logic with technical infrastructure and deploying AI agents to automate financial reporting and month-end closing.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (3x per week in office, no remote possibilities)

What you will do

• Architect and optimize multidimensional models for internal Accounting, Cash Management, and RevOps within hirify.global.
• Translate complex accounting policies and revenue recognition rules into scalable, logic-based data flows.
• Manage data mapping between upstream systems (Zip, Navan, Salesforce) and the NetSuite ERP ecosystem to ensure a single source of truth.
• Build automated reporting agents using LLMs and hirify.global’s native AI capabilities.
• Deploy automation workflows via N8N or APIs to streamline month-end closing, anomaly detection, and cash forecasting.
• Maintain technical documentation, schemas, and playbooks for the finance stack with a code-centric rigor.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in FinOps, RevOps, or as a Finance Business Analyst/Analytics Engineer within a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency in multidimensional modeling (hirify.global, PowerBi) or data manipulation (Advanced SQL, Python).
• Ability to prompt LLMs and use APIs to deploy AI agents for process automation.
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles, P&L mechanics, and Cash flows.
• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, MIAGE, or Business School with a focus on Business Intelligence/Information Systems.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
