What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a mobile infrastructure engineering team, driving accountability for platform milestones.
• Set the technical direction for mobile infrastructure, including tooling, shared frameworks, and developer experience toolchains.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows for code generation, review, testing, and incident analysis.
• Drive architecture decisions and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own platform-wide performance engineering, focusing on memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and security teams to align and execute platform goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership/management focused on infrastructure or architecture.
• Deep expertise in iOS or Android development and the mobile platform layer (performance, toolchain, architecture).
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into professional engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience leading dedicated mobile architecture or infrastructure teams.
• Track record of driving performance optimization at scale.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or integrating AI tooling at an organizational level.
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.
