What you will do

• Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows, including user acquisition, referral loops, and reward mechanics.
• Design and evolve the mobile attribution system, focusing on MMP integration, attribution modelling, and ROI evaluation.
• Build and optimize growth infrastructure such as funnel instrumentation and A/B experiment frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to translate commercial goals into data-backed engineering proposals.
• Integrate and maintain personal AI engineering workflows to enhance development efficiency.
• Mentor team engineers and establish a solution-driven technical culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production-quality systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in mobile growth mechanics, virality loops, and client-side conversion architecture.
• Strong proficiency in mobile attribution design and experience with attribution platforms.
• Ability to independently build and maintain AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong data instincts with a focus on funnel instrumentation and metric-driven decision making.
• Must be based in or possess the legal right to work in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
• Experience building k-factor mechanics, referral systems, or anti-fraud layers.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
• Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
