What you will do

• Deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code while optimizing for scalability and addressing technical debt.
• Develop well-documented code and automation tests with strong coverage.
• Drive improvements to service latency, fault tolerance, and resilience in high-load environments.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for beneficial adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of backend software development experience in Go.
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading backend systems.
• Proficiency in microservice development and distributed systems.
• Solid experience with ORM, DBMS, and database architecture.
• English level B2.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial or market-based software development.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps tools: operating systems, monitoring, networking, and containerization.
• Experience in software testing: unit, integration, and load tests.
