What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding activities, including career fairs and social media engagement.
• Manage HR master data and administration across the full employee lifecycle using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure strict compliance with employment legislation and GDPR guidelines within the HR function.
• Serve as a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees on employment law, performance, and engagement.
• Coordinate the annual salary review, bonus processes, and performance management cycles.
• Drive HR projects and contribute to global HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Esbjerg, Denmark (Office-based role).
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and employment law compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
