What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter for high-traffic B2C products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features rapidly.
• Improve mobile architecture, code quality, and overall app maintainability.
• Optimize app performance and quality through rigorous debugging and testing.
• Utilize Firebase and AI coding tools to increase productivity while ensuring code logic and quality.
• Use analytics and experimentation to analyze user behavior and iterate on products.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter development or a Master’s degree in Mobile Application Development.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles for iOS and Android.
• Solid knowledge of mobile architecture, app performance, and release quality.
• Business-level English proficiency (B2).
• Practical experience or strong exposure to AI coding tools in your professional workflow.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced product environment with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic knowledge of backend development.
• Experience building apps for very large user bases.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and mobile analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app store release processes.
• Comfort with pair programming.
