What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain modern RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments including Cloud Foundry and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka messaging.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5–7 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, React, and Apache Kafka.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (Cloud Foundry, OCP, or Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs or creating AI agents.
• Experience with Contact Center technologies (IVR, routing, customer engagement platforms).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native application design patterns.
