What you will do

• Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.
• Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
• Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Full-stack, AI, and Data specialists.
• Build backend services in Python and integrate them with React or Angular frontends.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure quality via CI/CD.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and designing distributed systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Strong full-stack experience with React and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases.
• Location: Must be based in Blumenau, Brazil

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, MLflow, Unity Catalog).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
