What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery and research through to implementation and refinement.
• Produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications for developer implementation.
• Conduct lean user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate design decisions.
• Develop reusable component libraries and design patterns to ensure coherence across multiple related systems.
• Collaborate within agile product teams to translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design across all product touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end execution across 5+ different products or systems.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, WCAG 2.1, and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to effectively assess implementation feasibility.
• Experience conducting user research using standard methods such as interviews and surveys.
