What you will do

• Own and refine the customer risk scoring methodology as the regulatory environment and risk landscape evolve.
• Contribute to the preparation of ML/TF and sanctions risk assessments.
• Manage the configuration of the AML screening solution to ensure optimal performance and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate and deliver ad hoc projects, including audit support and counterparty requests.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of experience in AML or compliance.
• Hands-on experience with risk scoring methodology, ML/TF risk assessment, or AML screening system management.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort working with data to refine controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office.
