What you will do

  • Define the long-term strategic technical vision and architectural roadmap for the OTT portfolio.
  • Oversee a programming team of 35-40 people, focusing on career development and technical excellence.
  • Lead R&D activities, specifically the integration of AI-driven tools into game development pipelines.
  • Establish studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Coordinate technical co-development and toolchain standardization with partner studios.
  • Resolve complex, critical technical bottlenecks to ensure seamless studio operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a primary technical authority in game engine architecture (C++, Unreal, Unity).
  • Experience leading and empowering large, multi-disciplinary teams of programmers and architects.
  • Ability to design scalable production ecosystems and robust live service operations.
  • Strong expertise in R&D and integrating emerging technologies into production.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) for a hybrid work model.
