What you will do

• Manage onboarding for store employees and conduct exit interviews to identify turnover trends and root causes.
• Support the execution of annual people cycles, including performance management, promotions, and pay reviews.
• Own manpower planning activities for assigned stores to ensure staffing aligns with business requirements.
• Partner with Operations to support development plans for critical talents and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Design and execute engagement initiatives such as on-floor activities, town halls, and reward and recognition programs.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and Employee Relations teams to handle grievances and ensure labor regulation compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Alexandria.
• 3-4 years of HR experience specifically within a warehouse or factory environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, Quick commerce, Fintech, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
