What you will do

• Shape the long-term strategic technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction for the entire division.
• Build a scalable production ecosystem to support long-term content demands and global reach.
• Lead high-impact R&D activities, specifically focusing on the integration of AI pipelines into game development.
• Analyze and resolve critical technical challenges at the studio level to ensure seamless operations.
• Establish and enforce studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Manage and mentor a programming team of 35-40 people, focusing on their career development and expertise.

Requirements

• Technical authority in game engine architecture, including C++ internal engines, Unreal Engine, and Unity.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of programmers and architects.
• Ability to design and optimize large-scale infrastructure and robust live service operations.
• Proven track record of integrating AI-driven productivity tools into production.
• Strong leadership skills for assessing technical competencies and filling skill gaps through mentoring.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) under a hybrid model.
