What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Design and champion complex People-Centric Security solutions using the full portfolio.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and threat assessments.
- Provide customer insights and real-world experience to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Support and enable distributors and resellers in coordination with the Channel team.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on email security, APTs, and DLP.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and business level English are required.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Security Engineer.
- Experience in secure messaging, data security, network security, endpoint, NOC/SOC, or MSP.
- Knowledge of enterprise email solutions (Exchange, O365, G-Suite) or SMTP.
- Familiarity with IT security areas such as Vulnerability Management, SecOps, or Incident Response.
Nice to have
- Experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, iDP).
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Understanding of networking protocols (DNS, LDAP, HTTP).
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks like ISO, MITRE, or NIST.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
