Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Total compensation starts from €64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Design and develop C#/.NET applications with WinUI for EV charger test system suites.
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks while evolving software architecture for robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that improve test execution, productivity, and error prevention.
• Collaborate with system engineers and embedded developers to define test requirements aligned with hardware and software specifications.
• Provide technical support, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting for hardware–software interaction issues.
• Commission software, integrate hardware, and promote best practices in development, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with C#/.NET and experience developing desktop applications with WinUI.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and automated testing.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ethernet/IP, CAN, Modbus, ZeroMQ, or OPC UA.
• Italian or German language skills.
