Senior Staff Software Engineer, Mobile Infrastructure (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Applicants must have the current right to work in Singapore and must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks for product engineering teams.
• Optimize application performance across memory footprint, package size, startup time, and UI rendering.
• Design reusable and scalable mobile components for iOS and Android.
• Partner with product engineering teams to establish infrastructure solutions, best practices, and technical standards.
• Drive architecture improvements, project structure updates, and engineering workflow optimization.
• Apply AI coding tools and evaluate emerging mobile platform and toolchain innovations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of native iOS or Android development experience, with infrastructure, platform, or architecture work.
• Deep expertise in either iOS with Swift, Objective-C, or C++, or Android with Kotlin, Java, or Jetpack, plus confidence contributing across both platforms.
• Active use of AI tools, including AI-assisted workflows, domain knowledge bases, and repeatable agent skills for production engineering.
• Production experience optimizing memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering performance at scale.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural principles, mobile SDKs, remote APIs, concurrency, layouts, transitions, animations, persistence, and mobile architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams and deliver large-scale engineering outcomes independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in a dedicated mobile architecture or infrastructure team.
• Experience with performance optimization, toolchain engineering, automated testing frameworks, or design pattern standardization.
• Production infrastructure experience across both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or other high-scale consumer app environments.
