What you will do

• Coordinate daily logistics supplier invoice payments within IFS ERP to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end transport coordination and maintain data integrity across all logistics platforms.
• Generate and analyze logistics reports in Excel to drive operational decision-making.
• Provide daily IT, administrative, and system support to the Logistics & Transport team.
• Ensure full compliance with internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Commercial or logistics-related education.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel) and ERP systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Levice, Slovakia.
