What you will do

• Establish project vision, charters, and milestone goals, communicating them effectively to development teams.
• Coordinate feedback and provide final sign-off on product quality across all development aspects.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritizing scope and ensuring clear, measurable content.
• Lead client management and maintenance while overseeing team ramp-up and ramp-down.
• Perform general project risk management, including identification, assessment, and communication.
• Mentor direct reports and assist executive producers with new project opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Producer managing large internal teams in the video game industry.
• In-depth knowledge of game software development and a passion for video games.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to deliver quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and related project tracking software.
• Ability to manage relationships at a senior level in a multicultural environment.
