What you will do
- Process internal and external securities transfers and manage account bookings via internal and external interfaces.
- Handle tax settlement of securities transactions and monitor overall settlement processes.
- Manage securities account deletions and execute local and cross-border instructions (Delivery vs Payment/Free of Payment).
- Analyze and process notifications from depositories and forward information to customers and internal teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external business partners in Germany and overseas.
- Participate in projects to maintain and improve process quality and execute test activities.
Requirements
- Education in banking.
- Professional experience in retail securities processing.
- Sound business and tax knowledge within the Securities domain.
- High level of personal accountability and a careful, structured approach to work.
- English: Good command of written and spoken English is required.
- Location: Must be based in Manila (World Plaza).
