What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable, resilient Data Center and Campus Network solutions using Cisco, Arista, HPE, and Aruba platforms.
- Support WAN operations, including internet edge and SD-WAN integrations, ensuring consistent routing and security.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to implement preventive changes and reduce unscheduled outages.
- Collaborate with cross-domain teams including Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Ops, and Security.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, standards, and runbooks.
- Operationalize solutions for Day 2 operations, covering monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 12β15 years of experience in enterprise network architecture, design, and operations.
- Expert-level knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN) and high availability (MLAG/vPC, LACP).
- Strong background in network security fundamentals, including segmentation, ACLs, and firewall integrations.
- Hands-on experience with NAC/AAA solutions such as Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cisco certification required (CCNP preferred; CCIE a strong plus).
Nice to have
- Experience with SD-WAN design, operations, and hybrid connectivity patterns.
- Proficiency with Cisco VPN, Aruba ClearPass, and F5 Load Balancer.
- Experience with network automation and observability using scripting, templating, and telemetry.
