TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the paid media business outcomes, defining targets for pipeline, new subscriptions, and CAC/CAF efficiency across a brand portfolio.
  • Develop and evolve cross-channel strategies spanning search, paid social, affiliates, and influencer/creator partnerships.
  • Act as the primary interface for GMs, brand leaders, and finance teams regarding performance, budgets, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Manage and hold agency partners accountable through clear briefing, performance scorecards, and rigorous standards of execution.
  • Lead the testing roadmap for audiences, creatives, and landing pages to drive incrementality and optimize the conversion funnel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing with a track record of owning business targets.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience managing agency-led models and hands-on execution in both in-house and agency environments.
  • Multi-channel fluency across paid search, paid social, and either affiliate or influencer marketing.
  • Strong command of performance economics (ROI, CAC, LTV, CPA) and B2B/SMB subscription funnels.
  • Analytical confidence to challenge attribution data and present a persuasive narrative to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, subscription-based, or e-commerce businesses.
  • Working knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, or modern measurement in signal-constrained environments.
  • Familiarity with how AI is reshaping campaign strategy and ad operations.
