What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify actual hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical background, motivation, and fit.
- Present candidates in a structured, business-relevant manner to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, either within an agency or in-house.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure.
- Ability to assess candidate motivation and long-term alignment beyond technical skills.
- Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
