What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify actual hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical background, motivation, and fit.
• Present candidates in a structured, business-relevant manner to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, either within an agency or in-house.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure.
• Ability to assess candidate motivation and long-term alignment beyond technical skills.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
