What you will do
- Analyze sustainability data to track strategic progress and provide a basis for senior management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sustainability dashboards and management scorecards to provide data-driven insights.
- Perform GHG accounting and sustainability assessments ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
- Manage data collection, validation, and consolidation for non-financial disclosures such as CSRD and TCFD.
- Coordinate annual industry questionnaires and disclosures for ratings like UN-PRI and MSCI.
- Prepare concise, high-quality materials for the Sustainability Committee, Executive Board, and Board of Directors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role.
- University degree (Master’s preferred) in finance, economics, data analytics, environmental science, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate complex data into impactful presentations for leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools including Excel, Tableau, and Python.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-focused approach to work.
- Proactive collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with sustainability reporting, ESG analysis, or environmental assessments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and specialized sustainability data platforms.
- Knowledge of financial markets and the wealth management industry.
