What you will do
- Architect, scale, and own the E2E test strategy for complex web applications.
- Build and optimize automation frameworks using Cypress and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Integrate production smoke tests and regression suites directly into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform root-cause analysis on E2E failures and pipeline bottlenecks by analyzing logs.
- Lead high-impact testing initiatives and author clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of dedicated QA experience with a strong focus on web automation engineering (SDET).
- Expert-level Cypress experience (2+ years of intensive framework-building).
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript for writing clean, reusable code.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot backend services written in Python or Go.
- Proven experience building automated quality gates in modern CI/CD systems.
- Must be based in the EST time zone.
