What you will do
- Lead the operational and strategic execution of pharma advisory services accounts and pipelines.
- Draft client-ready communications work products, including annual plans, tentpole strategies, and executive briefings.
- Manage pharma activations, including vendor coordination, budgets, invoicing, and MLRO submissions.
- Translate strategic direction into executable briefs for Communications and Content tactical teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to scope and onboard new strategic health partnerships.
- Own the governance cadence and master tracking to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, corporate affairs, or pharma advisory services.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Direct experience drafting strategic communications for highly regulated pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency in MLR/PRC review processes, FDA OPDP guidance, and the PhRMA Code.
- AI-forward approach using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
- Experience supporting major life sciences clients across various therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, neuroscience).
