What you will do

• Lead relationship management for a portfolio of complex multinational clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Execute global benefit strategies, including financing through pooling, captives, and global insurance programs.
• Provide strategic consulting to identify claims drivers and ensure regional consistency in design.
• Design and develop client management tools to support effective account oversight.
• Collaborate with sales teams on business development activities and the onboarding of new clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Broking experience in Health, Life, and Disability.
• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and manage challenging demands.
• Strong project management and operational skills to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Analytical skills for interpreting and communicating complex data.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be based in Hong Kong to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
